Guest post at whipup.net

Today I'm guest blogging at whip up blog with a simple project of hand printed fabric. Go and visit me there!

Thanks for all your comments on my new woven cushions. It happened that yesterday the comment form on my blog wasn't working and I hadn't noticed it. In fact I was surprised (and sad) about the huge and positive response on facebook and the deep silence here on the blog, until Kylie pointed me out the problem! This is not the first time that something is broken and I'm not aware of it. I think I should start checking regularly that everything on my online world is working ok. And of course, if you see something working strangely, please let me know! Thanks!

Gracias.

In that case: Love your cushions - immediately pinned it on Pinterest!

The linen hand printed squares arrived safely in Germany. Working on a project with them, and will show you when ready!

Well Karen, I am a big fan of blue and white any combination and really like the fabric you block printed with all those little square blocks. Bravo!

I also admire all the colorway variations in your pretty weaving shown in the previous post. Your sense of design is so sophisticated...not at all simple.

Another bravo to you. xo

Hello Karen! I sent you a message in whipup but I sending it also here! I loved your pattern and you technique so much that a wish to repeat it at home! The thing is I don't know what kind of paint to use! is it a normal ink or silkscreen color! I would really appreciate it if you could let me know! Thanks a bunch!

Haritini – Glad you liked it! In this project I'm using regular fabric paint (not the silkscreen version). Good luck!
