Fonda in my kitchen


Today is Chile's Independence Day and I felt like doing something to celebrate the day and make my Swedish kitchen resemble a Chilean fonda. I know it's not looking any similar to those picturesque fondas, but at least I have copihues and kites and that nice feeling that spring is finally coming (well, in Chile). Now, I have to go out and get some red wine! ¡Feliz 18 a todos!

  1. Has conseguido un milagro, Karen. Esa cocina pelada y fría se vuelve algo parecido al Parque O'Higgins con tu trabajo. Disfruten y zapateen sobre las cabezas rubias.

  2. Gracias Marisol. Hay momentos en que en estos lugares tan perfectos y correctos se echa de menos algo más folclórico y de picardía.

    eres la unica chilena si la unica que conosco que crea atravéz de lo nuestro,de la autenticidad de Chile,y muestras con gran caracter lo que se puede lograr sin copias.
